EMA^â - Titration:  Gives dental and healthcare professionals the ability to advance a mandible in 3-mm increments in order to establish candidacy for long-term treatment of OSA or snoring with a custom oral appliance.  As oral appliances become more viable as a primary treatment of OSA, so does the need to predetermine which patients are candidates for successful use. Our disposable EMA^â - Titration appliance, used during a polysomnogram, not only proves which patients will respond to oral appliance therapy but gives the optimum amount of mandibular advancement needed.
